You started your restaurant business as a new entrepreneur now as one of the managers for your restaurants, identify the kind of organizational structure that the organization uses to coordinate its people and resources.
Why is the organization using that structure?
Do you think a different structure would be more appropriate than the current one?
Your paper should include organizational planning and strategy.
What is the relationship among corporate, business, and functional-level strategies, and how do they create value for an organization?
Would the entrepreneurial spirit be possible under the organizational structure employed? For example can the head waiter recommend or suggest changes to the menu to fulfill customer needs?
