Make a comment on the following statement:

That self-confidence, realistic self-assessment, and a self-deprecating sense of humor are the emblem of self-awareness. This helps the leader to self assess their emotional state and thereby build the basis to recognize emotional state of others. With self-awareness the leader is able to control their emotions and is objectively able to seek honest input from supervisors, colleagues and subordinates. Receiving honest feedback is important for all leaders to assess the goals and outcomes of the organization.
