HOW DO YOU INFLUENCE COWORKERS AND OTHER PEERS. SCORE YOUR RESULTS AND ANSWER THE QUESTION LISTED BELOW.

This self-assessment is designed to help you understand different forms of influence when working with coworkers (i.e., people at the same organizational level), as well as estimate your preference for each influence tactic in this context.

1. Discuss your scores and the influence tactics that you used most often (highest score) and least often (lowest scores). Do you believe that the influence tactics you use most often have been helpful or should you consider using different tactics to influence coworkers?
