Program
onash Health provides a supportive learning environment where
Graduate Nurses and Midwives are able to consolidate their
theoretical, and clinical skills since transitioning from student to
registered health professional.
Through supported practice, facilitated education, and experiential learning
the Monash Health Graduate Program assists Graduates in becoming
confdent and competent clinicians who successfully integrate socially
and professionally into the workplace. Monash Health offers a number of
stream options for Graduate Nurses and Midwives.
he Monash Health Graduate Program employs up to 600 Graduates
in total across all streams. Graduates can experience rotations
within a range of sites across the network including:

clinical area across Monash Health.
The ability to nominate preferred
sites is also available, and while
we try our best to accommodate
preferences for sites, we cannot
guarantee rotations to preference
sites. Rotations are carefully
allocated to provide each graduate
with the best possible opportunity
to consolidate their skills.
