request to write a petition paragraph

I need help to write a formal paragraph that requests to take a class for the third time.

I have written it but I didn’t like it I want it to be more conviction and formal because I need this paper to a accepted.

I would wish to humbly request for the one more chance to undertake the IEE 380 class since I did not perform so well last time. This is mainly due to that I took this class two years ago and since that, I have passed a good amount of classes and I took classes that related to (IEE 380 statistics and probability class) and I have practiced related problems. I need to retake the class because all my next seamster classes are pre-requisites from this class. Kindly grant me this chance to do better than the last two years.
