The outline for your course project is now due.
Your outline will be the skeleton from which you will write your project. Your outline should contain an idea for your introduction, a thesis, and sections (with two examples) for each of these areas: financial management, human resources, supply chain management, government compliance, and credentialing. A section for the conclusion should be indicated at the end. For a summary of course project requirements, see the original assignment in Module 02 Course Project – Introduction.
Project Overview
The project for this class is a managerial case study.
Imagine that you have been hired by a physician who has split from a large group to form a solo practice. Your job is to assure the practice us ready to operate in 60 days. The physician has already secured an office space prior to hiring you.
In 8-10 pages, you will discuss the managerial processes that must be implemented, designed, and completed prior to opening day.
Due Date
Your final project is due in Module 11. There will be individual assignments along the way. The module they are due is noted in the time line below.

Requirements
Your final paper must 8-10 pages long. It should demonstrate a strong thesis statement supported by research from at least 5 different sources. Include a title page that includes your name, title of your project, and the name of this course. Also include both in-text citations and a References page in APA format. For APA guidelines, go to your college’s online library which you can access through the Resources tab.
Your paper should focus on the managerial processes that must be implemented, designed, and completed prior to opening day. You must have a minimum of two examples from each of the following areas: financial management, human resources, supply chain management, governmental compliance, and credentialing. In your discussion, you must explain not only the process but also how you would complete it.
Evaluation
Each assignment leading up to the final assignment is evaluated and graded independently. Your instructor will provide specific grading criteria for each step of the project prior to its due date.
