The contract is used as a means to ensure mutual consent between all parties involved. However, even after the contract is complete there are different things that can happen to work against the original contract. Your readings for this week discuss those things that can happen as well as understanding the structuctural aspect of your client. Discuss how understanding the structural nature of your client, your team can help you work through issues that effect your contract like contracting objectives, ground rules, meetings, stuck points, questioning of your qualifications and virtual nature of your project.
