Assignment 2: LASA 2: Intercultural Employee Motivation and Rewards

Culture plays a major role in the motivation of employees. Consider that not only do you have a mix of ethnicities on your team, but you also need to be aware of cultural differences due to gender, generation, race, ethnicity, religion, and other categories of human differences.

Write a 3–5-page report in a Microsoft Word document on employee motivation, including a recommendation for an employee reward system that will meet the needs of the variety of cultural groups you manage. Discuss employee motivation as it relates to culture and consider how you might develop a reward system that recognizes diversity and is equitable and legally sound. Support your recommendations with scholarly references. All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources.
