You are asked to head the project team, and you are expected to generate a 3 – 5-page project plan that includes the following:

A Project Charter

• brief scope statement
• planned approach for managing the project
• assign tasks and responsibilities
• sign-off section

Project Timeline

• Include fully or partially overlapping tasks.
