on the basis of the OREO approach, you will get one (1) point for each component (O.R.E at least) of the OREO approach in your answer and two postings. For example, when you write down Opinion, Reason (or Why), and Example (or How) in your own answer to a given Discussion question, you will get 3 points for your answer. In addition, if you put down Opinion, Reason (or Why), and Example (or How) in your postings to the other two students, you will get 3 points (6 points in total as there are two postings to the other two students) additionally.
More importantly, simply writing “because A is important” does not represent Reason (or Why) even though this expression includes “because…” in it. Instead, you had better say “… because A can improve job performance through making employees motivated.”
Therefore, please pay more attention to writing your answers and postings from the OREO perspective rather than to the amount of your writing.
