Cyber as A Means of Control & Digital Technologies Discussion
I’m working on a political science discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
Choose a recent example of authoritarians using the internet and weigh how successful it was.Political scientists, international relations and security scholars, and others often highlight some important differences between democracies and authoritarian states. The cyber domain is no different and in this week we focus on the challenge(s) posed by authoritarian states for democracies.
