what are the parameters for organizing a strategic communication plan
The Company’s Strategic Communication Plan will have an unmistakably personal message to everyone where we all of our people to be on the same page on growing the company. We must be sure that our staff are educated on our beliefs for communicating this message to all employees.
Goals
The primary goal for my organization is to interact with as many people so that we may reach our projected goal. There are several ways that we plan address the need to meet and know and help more people.
Audience
The audience will consist of all Salespeople, Sales Managers, District Managers, and the Regional Vice-President. Also, we will bring the administrative staff in to support our quest to increase our customer base.
Key Message
” We must protect our house” and increase our customer base ten-fold.
Supporting Points
Longevity, our company has been around for 112 years and one of the last companies in America today that provides Home Service business. Our primary focus is to build on this.
Channel Selection
Face 2 Face, Seminars, Social Media, some print advertising newspapers, magazines and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Action
We must determine when to do seminars and face 2 face can be done daily. The company will meet to determine how much to set aside for social media and print advertising.
