1.The elements that I would take would be to look in different areas to find out what the economic value in the community. Secondly, I would need to figure out what the regional economic development would for new developments. Most importantly you want an area where you can attract and have a great retention rate when it comes to customers and employees. You want somewhere there is sustainability for no your organization. You will to make sure that there is adequate staffing and funding to pay you employees for continuous growth. You have to follow the rules per state regulations, deadlines and demands. Keeping your performance and productivity in line with your budget each year. Some other important knowledge that you should keep in mind that when opening a new facility that any conditions have to be approved by the state, and their might be some expectations to where they work with you on meeting them. Always analyzing the needs and any changes that may be required, while planning, and then execute what is a approved plan that will be explained to any state representative.

2.In health care, there are different types of elements that are used in facility planning within the community. According to “Community Health Assessment And Improvement Planning”(2019), “The fundamental purpose of public health is defined by three core functions: assessment, policy development and assurance. Community health assessments (CHAs) provide information for problem and asset identification and policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.” Some of the elements include: organizing and engaging with current or future partners, having a straight vision on what is need and what the purpose is for that facility, and collecting all types of data in the community and analyzing it to get the right information to succeed in the planning. Also, being able to identify and prioritize what the issues are in the community. When using these elements, then designing and creating a plan with the right strategies will make a successful health care facility. Some examples are finding the right resources, people with the right skills etc. When using these elements there will usually be trial and error with some things, but doing your research on past mistakes and getting the right information will make it better for the community.
