Part One: Please use this space to introduce yourself to the class. (Yes, I know I had you fill out the cards in class for me, but this is so that you can get a sense of one another.) Include your year, your major, career interests, hobbies, where you grew up, and anything else that might help us get to know you better. (write one to two paragraphs for part one).
Info about me to help you write part 1:
Major: Computer Systems Engineering
Year: Senior
Career Interest: Embedded Computing systems
Hobbies: Gaming
Where I grew up: Kuwait
Part Two: Read the chapters that I posted in the Module One folder, Chapters 1 and 2 from An Indigenous Peoples History and Chapter 1 from Our America: A Hispanic History of the United States, then view the first episode of God in America: A New Adam. How do these three narratives work differently? Can you put the three into conversation? What critiques can you make? Which narrative is most familiar to you? Which narrative would you consider the dominant narrative? (write about 300 words for part two).
Chapters 1 and 2 from An Indigenous Peoples History and Chapter 1 from Our America: A Hispanic History of the United States is attached.
