OPTION #1: REGRESSION MODEL – A PAPER

Download and open the data file Telco_Extra_Global.xls (linked under Module 6: Critical Thinking on the modules page). Your goal is to create a regression model that can predict the income based on age in years. Put your dataset into the myfolders/MIS445 on your computer and then complete the following steps and questions:

1. Create a scatter plot for age vs. income.
2. Fit a linear regression model in SAS.
3. How good is the overall fit of the income determination model? (Use both R2 as well as the F statistics to justify your answer.)
4. Compute the predicted income for a 27-year-old individual.

Copy and paste any data or tables into the paper and label each section clearly. Additionally, ensure you have answered all of the questions.
