Your assignment this week is to incorporate student and faculty feedback into your final draft, as outlined below.

The final draft of your key assignment should address the following: 

1. Analysis of the book. Write an analysis of the themes, conflicts, characters and symbolism/motifs in To Kill a Mockingbird.
2. Summary of the main point(s). Summarize the main points of the book as you see them and the message Harper Lee wanted readers to take away from it.
3. Impact on you. What are the ways in which this book “made a difference” in your life?
4. Your thoughts on how Literature can provide “a mirror of life.” Discuss how literature can provide “a mirror” which illuminates life lessons or helps us understand our own struggles and triumphs in life. Which of the other readings stands out and will have an effect on you as you move through life?
