mgmt strategic management answer 2 discussion questions apa format

Hello! I am looking for help on an assignment. I need help answering two discussion questions. They must be 500 words each. They must also list references (APA formatting). A title page is not required. The first attachment is related to the second attachment. I put a couple of links to review what the questions are asking about since I can’t give you the case out of my text book (as I don’t have it with me currently). Those links at the bottom of attachment 1 will give you all the information on the topic.
