Week Introduction:
You have determined the circumstances that caused the conflict and determined the potential risk to the project. You determine the conflict would be a good example for you to present to other members of the project team along with senior management. The issue that is in need of a solution has been identified. You feel the educational value of presenting this conflict to your colleagues is key to minimizing risk issues and conflicts during project implementation.

Assignment: Analyze the Problem and Propose Solutions and Plans to Support Implementation (10 Points) Due: 09/25/2016
Instructions:
Organize your thoughts, research, and explanation of the solution for presentation to your colleagues. Analyze the problem and hypothesize potential solutions. In a PowerPoint presentation, provide a summary of the problem, along with possible solutions and analysis conducted as a part of your proposed ideas. Be sure to include intervention techniques that could be implemented for internal staff conflicts as well as for external conflicts. Also, explain how you plan to support your proposed solutions moving forward.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information
