Assignment 2: Discussion Question

In your textbook, you are presented with the six images framework of managing change (director, navigator, caretaker, coach, interpreter and nurturer).  Which of these six images are you most  likely to use if asked to manage change?  What strengths and limitations of your chosen image apply to you? Justify your position.
