Research Design, methodology and method Randomised Controlled Trial Sample selection 71 elderly individuals living in nursing home of Turkey Good sample size based on power analysis: 3.1 G Power used. Among 71, 64 elderly met the research criteria and participated in the survey. Randomised was performed according to gender, age and physical activity scores.
