It has become clear that there are dissidents made up of American citizens who are focused on attacking the institutions of America. Militia groups are at “war” with the American justice system and at times, use violence to state their objections.

After the attacks on 9/11, there has been considerable expenditure to end terrorism on our soil from both foreign and domestic groups. It has become a national priority and the number one item for the FBI.
