Students will identify one major challenge in the counseling profession using Counseling Today, the Journal of Counseling and Development and the CESNET or COUNSGRADS listserv. The student will write a paper detailing the issue, outlining a solution to the challenge, and explore an ethical dilemma associated with the issue. The requirements are for the paper to be at least 9 pages in length (including title and reference page) and using APA formatting.
