Strengths Based Leadership Discussion

Discussion questions:

  1. Once you have completed your assigned reading, as well as the the Chapter questionnaire. Use the Observational Exercise and the Reflection and Action Worksheet identify and discuss what you have learned about your strengths.
  2. What would you like to change or enhance?
  3. What are your perceptions of the measures/methods of evaluation (Gallup, Positive Psychology/CAPP, VIA, etc.)? How are these measures useful to you?
  4. Identify a thought leader (from current events, an organization, or everyday life) or example who represents key strengths.
