– Think and write about what type of future you would like to avoid. What would your life be like if you failed to pursue specific goals like being financially stable, obtaining a home, getting married, raising a family, etc. If your bad habits became mostly who you are, and if you ended up miserable, resentful and bitter.
– Think and write about the habits you would like to improve at a university, work, with friends and family, with regard to your health, with regard to substance use, and with regard to internet/phone/device use.
– Think about and write about your future social life. What kind of people would you like to get to know better? What connections do you think you’d like to make? Who would you like to hangout with?
