This is what my professor said:

 

Paper #4 is a 7 to 10 page paper in APA style with 3 sources for 15% of your grade. A proposal must be written and approved by the instructor for this paper. At least one source needs to be from the sustainability reference list, and one source needs to be a podcast or movie

 

I want a clear-cut environmental issue explained and investigated. I want you to dig deep into your research for this paper.
