Long Term Care Services Hospice Mission and Values Paper

Throughout the semester we will be exploring numerous Long-Term Care services and care options for the elderly and individuals whom have disabilities. The purpose of this project is for the students to prepare and present a web page which depicts a fictional company/organization that offers LTC services or care options provided to older Americans or individuals whom may have a mental or physical disability. Several of the topics that can be utilized for the project include: CCRC’s (for profit and nonprofit), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, transportation services, autistic day care facility, and dementia facility. Students will work in groups of 4 and will develop a “mission, vision & values statements” for their organization, demographic information, and include all services that are rendered by the organization along with associated costs.
