Position of Assistant Manager Recommendation Letter

I’m working on a psychology writing question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

According to G. Allport (1961), everyone has central dispositions – traits that would be used to

describe one’s central personality.  In fact, he believed that most of us have between 5-10
outstanding characteristics that describe us and make up our ‘core personality.’
In this assignment, you will write a minimum ½ page recommendation letter (for a future job)
about one of your best friends.  Within your letter, you will use between 5-10 central dispositions
to describe this individual’s personality.  Allport stated that since everyone has 5-10 central
dispositions, other friends and acquaintances who know this friend would agree with what
you’ve written in your letter.
